During the design process, I explored multiple visual directions to reflect Sam’s approachable yet professional personality. I experimented with colour, typography, and iconography to convey clarity, reliability, and warmth. Sketching, mood boarding, and digital iterations allowed me to refine concepts based on feedback and ensure the final design felt both authentic and distinctive. This stage emphasised collaboration, aligning visual elements with Sam’s business goals and customer experience.
The final brand identity combines clean, bold typography with a modern, approachable colour palette that conveys trust and professionalism. Logo variations, iconography, and supporting graphics create a flexible system for digital and print applications. The refreshed brand identity elevates Sam’s Custom Tech’s visual presence, helping the business connect with local clients and communicate expertise in IT support, troubleshooting, and education. This project highlights how thoughtful branding can strengthen business identity, foster client trust, and enhance user experience across multiple touch points.
